June 1st, 2009 Laboratoires PEROUSE, Sedat and Flashmed merged to become PEROUSE MEDICAL

Eric Perouse, Founding President, has announced the merger of Laboratoires Perouse, Sedat and Flashmed which are to become PEROUSE MEDICAL. This merger is an important step in the development of the group and will enable PEROUSE MEDICAL to strengthen its position in its four key fields of activity: Cardiovascular Surgery, Oncology, Interventional Imaging and Business to Business. The ambition of PEROUSE MEDICAL is to join the small group of world leaders in this field.

The primary commitment of the 295 employees now forming PEROUSE MEDICAL is to support healthcare teams in the continuous improvement of patient quality of life. Listening to their needs and continuing to develop ever more innovative and suitable medical devices are the two major targets that guide our actions. Indeed, we devote more than 15% of our turnover to R&D.
